Small Engines

The Small Engine Technology program will cover the operations involved in two and four stroke engines, including: ignition, carburetor, and exhaust systems. Students will learn on a variety of machines, such as: motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATV's, jet skis, lawn-mowers, and many more. Advanced students will work on customers' engines and communicate with the customers about the work being done on their equipment. Students will develop troubleshooting and teamwork skills through various projects. In addition, students will explore two and four cycle high performance modifications.
