CAREER EXPO

GI-TEC students made the most of the 2026 Career Expo! 

With over 70 local employers in attendance, students explored valuable work-based learning opportunities including co-ops, apprenticeships, job shadows, and internships - while also discovering potential post-graduation career paths. 

Leading up to the event, students put in the work by building strong resumes and practicing essential soft skills like professional communication and asking impactful questions in fast-paced, face-to-face conversations. 

They walked away with more than just experience—many gained real job leads, industry connections, and the confidence to step into future interviews ready to succeed.
